Tomorrow is Monday, so that means just like every other Sunday night, I'm making plans in my head to go to the gym every morning and "start fresh" this week. But I've realized that with my busy schedule, I need to set realistic goals. In the past 2 weeks, I haven't been eating healthy and I hate the way my body feels! Time to make home positive changes, add muscle, lose fat and get FIT(:
So, cardio, weight training and the *modified* PALEO diet (following robinssweetconfessions.com). I've noticed that the more bread I eat, the worse I feel. So, time to cut it out. Bye bye pancakes and pita bread, hello veggies, fish and chicken. Also, nothing but water to drink. Lots of it. And almond milk in my smoothies.
*Not cutting out oatmeal and grains!*
